BREAKING: Dangote Officially Confirms Petrol Rollout

Aliko Dangote, Chairman of the Dangote Group, has officially announced the commencement of Premium Motor Spirit (PMS), commonly known as petrol, production from the Dangote Refinery.

Speaking to the press on Tuesday, Dangote hailed the event as a significant milestone for Nigeria, which has not produced petrol domestically for many years.

He expressed gratitude to Nigerians for their unwavering support and commended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for fostering a conducive environment that enabled the successful operation of the 650,000 barrels-per-day refinery.

Dangote stated, “Today marks a very special day because, after many years, Nigeria is finally producing gasoline again. I want to thank the people of Nigeria and the government of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for creating the environment that allows us to succeed…”
